Master thesis of basrah university to be discussed physiological study f atorvastatin drug on toxicity induced by D-galactose in experimental rats and showed the researcher thesis sadiq shehab ahmed . thesis aims to evaluate toxic effect of high doses of  atorvastatin and palliative effect of low doses of atorvastatin on toxicity induced in liver , kidney and adrenal gland and concluded the 20 mg per kg was the most effective and potent dose of  atorvastatin to alleviate hepatorenal toxicity and recommended using different dose of  atorvastatin for longer period t demonstrate action .
