A master thesis at the faculty of science at the University of Basrah (Cytological, Histological and Biochemical Aspects on Effect of Acrylamide on Pituitary and Thyroid glands in Experimental Rats) and showed the researchers thesis( Alyaa Abbas Nadhim) .

 Thesis aims to investigation the effect of Acrylamide on histological structure of pituitary and Thyroid glands and biochemical study to knowing about hormonal disturbance and cytological study to knowing chromosomal aberrations.  

And concluded that Acrylamide effect of body weight and organs weight (pituitary and thyroid glands) and caused histological changes of both pituitary and thyroid gland and there is endocrine disruptor for the thyroid gland functions

And recommended to determine the effect of Acrylamide on other endocrine glands and visceral organs (liver, spleen and stomach) and evaluate some pathophysiology parameters associated with (liver and kidney) functions and role of antioxidative enzymes.
