The Department of Pathological Analysis at the College of Science at the University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Department of Physics, organized a scientific lecture entitled Physics and Medicine.
It was delivered by Dr. Duha Mahmoud Mansour and assistant teacher Ahlam Khudair Yasser, from the Physics Department
The lecture included an explanation of the most important uses of the branches of physics and its applications in the field of medicine. The lecture aimed to address the uses of types of electromagnetic radiation in detection devices, diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
