The lecturers of the Department of Ecology at the College of Science at the University of Basra met to discuss themes of the ninth environmental conference.

  It is noteworthy that the National Conference on Environment and Natural Resources is a periodic specialized conference on the environment, which was held in advance for the period November 14-15, 2018 under the auspices of the Department of Ecology, entitled the Eighth National Conference on Environment and Natural Resources, under the slogan of preserving biodiversity to protect the environment and natural heritage.

  More than 80 researchers from various Iraqi governorates, 19 universities, ministries of Environment, Science and Technology, Ministry of Oil and others participated in the conference.
