The presenter Ansam  Haleem Khudhair demonstrates the most important objectives of studying and focusing  on the use of basalt rock fibers as a waste product from Iraqi mining factories and mixing them with Portland cement additives in different proportions to determine the best stability ratio for the stabilizers.
