Master Thesis at Basrah University to be discussed (The relationship between MRSA and biofilm production from dental infection in Basrah province, Iraq)

A master's thesis at the faculty of science at the University of Basrah (Sadiq Oda Hattab), and showed the researcher's thesis (The relationship between MRSA and biofilm production from dental infection in Basrah province, Iraq). Thesis aims to study the resistance genes and virulence factors of bacteria that cause tooth decay, Isolate  Staphylococcus aureus from a dental infection.Detect methicillin-resistant inducible and constitute clindamycin resistant and  vancomycin-resistant isolates. Investigation  the agr gene type  and bacteria biofilm associated with dental infection .
and concluded Conclusions: 
Cefoxitin disc diffusion method is a suitable method for differentiation between MRSA and MSSA isolates. Vitek 2 system is very important to detect and confirm the  antibiotics pattern D-test is an important test for detecting the inducible and constituted clindamycin resistant isolated that lead to treated failed by clindamycin antibiotic. The agr genes its very necessary for biofilm regulation.
