The aim of this meeting was to define the centres of vital energy and auras of the human body and how to recruit them for self-defence against psychic attacks, and for protection from psychic pollution in some places. Practical methods were proposed that could be applied by public individuals as psychic self-defence. This book was adopted for its simple language and flexibility.
