To investigate the possible correlation between EBV infection and the development of B lymphoid disorders.... and concluded of 120 individuals with lymphoid were divided into 3 studied groups ALL group, Mature B cell Disorder and HL group, The present study used Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test to detect three types of antibodies Anti-EBV Capsid Antigen IgM (VCA IgM, Anti-EBV Capsid Antigen IgG (VCA IgG), Anti-EBV Nuclear Antigen IgG (EBNA IgG), The positive and negative signs were used in these tests to detect the different stages of infection with the virus,also a Molecular detection that consist of extraction of DNA   amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique( Nested pcr), then we sent the pcr product to sequenced, Finally, the latent membrane protein( LMP-1) was detected with a technique immunohistochemistry. The conclusion of study is Seropositive infections were the most status among studied groups. There were differences between the serological and genetic detection Positive results   "31.25%" samples of LMP protein based to immunohistochemical (IHC) staining indicated to associated EBV with oncogenesis and recommended A comprehensive study of proteins expression from EBV that responsible for oncogenesis,Use other techniques such as FISH to study the expression of viral genome in tumer cell, Study LMP-1 expression on other specimen types
